Black Crag was founded by two friends who share a simple belief: you should only have to buy something once.
Alex, a repair technician, and Josh, an environmental sustainability specialist, opened Black Crag on Greenwich High Street in 2020 to create Greenwich's first independent outdoor shop for people who buy items for life – whether that’s bringing in your items to be repaired or purchasing long-lasting gear.
Our in-house repair team can modify, fix, and extend the life your gear for your next adventure.
We also stock carefully selected clothing and bags that are built to last, perform in real conditions, and age well with use. No gimmicks, no fast-fashion trends. Just a well-made kit you can depend on. If we wouldn’t use it ourselves, it doesn’t go on our shelves.
